Infamous House On the Market in Boulder

It was the story that captivated Colorado and the nation.  Now the Ramsey’s house is back on the market in Boulder.

JonBenet Ramsey’s family home last sold in 2004 for $1.05M.

The current owners have tried to sell it multiple times over the years.  The last time it was for sale was July of 2014 when it was listed according to Zillow for $1.98M.

Today the 5 bedroom/8 bath home is being listed for $6.95M- that’s a 250% jump from 2014.
