DESCRIPTION:JOIN US FOR THE 22nd ANNUAL VITALITY 5K\nWhere: Washington Park in Denver\, CO\nWhen: Sunday\, June 2nd\, 2024\n\nAbout Parkinson Association of the Rockies\nOur Vision: To provide the care that counts on the way to a cure for the Colorado and Wyoming Parkinson’s communities.\n \nOur Mission: Parkinson Association of the Rockies (PAR) connects and empowers People with Parkinson’s to thrive through educating\, creating awareness\, promoting research\, and supporting those with the disease\, their families\, and the Colorado and Wyoming communities.\n \n100% of the proceeds from the Vitality 5K stay local to help PAR provide an online Parkinson’s community\, free assessments\, availability to 50+ support groups all over Colorado and Wyoming\, over 80 exercise classes such as Power Punch (non-contact boxing)\, dance\, and general exercise to name few\, educational opportunities\, use of our equipment loan program and the ability to access PAR’s information and referral helpline to answer immediate questions concerning the many aspects of Parkinson’s. \n \nYour contributions allow us to push boundaries and invest in programs and services which are a lifeline to those with Parkinson’s\, their Care Partners\, and their families.\n\nTHERE WILL BE NO ON-SITE REGISTRATION FOR THE 5K RUN.
