More Millennials – people ages 25-44 – are moving between states more than ever.  A new study looked at the top cities that Millennials are moving to and found that California and Texas were the most popular states.

Colorado wasn’t left out of the Top 5 though – with Denver ranking #5!

  1. Cambridge, Massachusetts
  2. Santa Clara, California
  3. Seattle, Washington
  4. Sunnyvale, California
  5. Denver, Colorado
  6. Arlington, Virginia
  7. Bellevue, Washington
  8. Killeen, Texas
  9. Austin, Texas
  10. Sandy Springs, Georgia

Surprisingly, 1 out of 4 Millennials moved between states last year.  The reason for most moves, opportunity and affordability.

  • Santa Ana,
  • Moreno Valley, CA
  • Thousand Oaks, CA
