Cuppa good news: Study reveals how much coffee is good for you.

Heads up, coffee lovers!

A new study has revealed just how much coffee can help you in lowering health risks.

The study from the Journal of Clinical Endocrinology & Metabolism suggests that people who drink coffee daily have better heart health than those who don’t drink the beverage.

According to the study’s research, two or three cups daily is the preferred amount when it comes to lowering the risks of cardiometabolic disease.

Cardiometabolic disease occurs when someone is diagnosed with at least two of three of these diseases:  Type 2 diabetes, coronary heart disease or stroke.

There is no mention of how fast you may talk after three cups a day, but we’re sure your co-workers can tell you. 🙂
