Colorado’s own Ziggi’s Coffee opens in Erie!

Ziggi’s Coffee will open its newest Colorado coffee shop  today, Tuesday 1/30/24

The Colorado-based coffee shop will officially open the new location Tuesday at 331 Milan Pl. in Erie.

The 1,865-square-foot Ziggi’s Coffee of Erie features indoor dining, an outdoor patio, and will employ approximately 25 jobs.

A grand opening celebration will be held Saturday, Feb. 10, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. with free 16-ounce beverage giveaways of coffee, teas, Fresherz, Energy Infusions, smoothies, and Italian sodas.

Owned and operated by Erie residents since 2004, Brett and Tammy Russell, the Erie shop is their second franchised location with the brand, with the first located in Lafayette.

The Erie shop is the 52nd location for Ziggi’s Coffee in Colorado. Ziggi’s Coffee was founded in Longmont in 2004 and franchised since 2016.

Ziggi’s says: What started as a small coffee shop on the corner of Main Street in downtown Longmont, Colorado in 2004, has since grown to multiple drive-thru and coffeehouse locations across the U.S. 

From the beginning, Ziggi’s mission has always been simple: To serve a convenient and superior cup of coffee with service customers can rely on.
