Colorado Cities Among Most Expensive to Raise Children

It’s not a big surprise to hear that Colorado is expensive.  We live here and we KNOW this is true!

Do you realize though just how expensive it is to raise children in Colorado?  In fact, a new survey that looked at childcare, food, housing, transportation and medical costs found that five cities in Colorado made the Top 50 Most Expensive Places to Raise a Child.

San Francisco was the most expensive city to raise a child with the average cost being $35,647 a year.

Boulder is the most expensive city in Colorado to raise a child and came in #11 out of top 50 in the country.
