Try not to spend it all at once but AT&T is attempting to make it right with customers over the outage and is issuing a $5 credit to all accounts that were affected. Do you think that will make it better? Does it scare you now about depending on your cell phone for EVERYTHING?
The outage lasted nearly 12 hours and affected over 70,000 people. The FCC says it’s investigating the cause of the outage. Customers will receive a $5 credit to cover the “average cost of a full day of service”. Were you affected?
