9 Colorado Restaurants Get Michelin Rating!

Colorado is becoming more and more of a foodie state.  People have been bragging about our great restaurants and food for awhile and the coveted Michelin ratings have taken notice.  

There are nine restaurants in Colorado that just received the prestigious MIchelin award.  In the first ever Michelin Guide Colorado, these are the latest winners!

1.  AJs Pit Bar-B-Q   – Denver – Texas Style BBQ
2. Ash’Kara –  Denver – Contemporary Israeli Cuisine
3. Basta – Boulder – Contemporary Italian 
4. The Ginger Pig – Asian style street food from Beijing 
5. Glo Noodle House – Denver – Ramen dishes 
6. Hop Alley – Denver’s old Chinatown – Chinese cuisine 
7. La Diabla Pozole y Mezcal – Larimer Square – Mexican 
8. Mister Oso – RiNo/Wash Park – Latin American – Tacos
9. Tavernetta – Union Station – Italian dishes 

Have you been to any of these?

I’ve been to La Diabla Pozole y Mezcal and it was great!  Fun vibe and great street tacos – pastor.  The pozole is also great if you’re a pozole fan.
